Hi, I’m Rebecca Louise — fitness coach, mindset mentor, and yes... the girl who climbed Mount Everest.

And let me tell you — that summit was nothing compared to motherhood.

Everest gave me sore legs. Motherhood gave me a full-blown identity crisis and a whole new kind of strength.

A little bit about me

Calling 911 on my unresponsive 2 day old baby boy, changed my life forever…

Over the past decade, I’ve dedicated my life to helping people transform their mindset, fitness, and overall wellness. Now, I’ve stepped into a whole new chapter—becoming a mom. This journey has been full of surprises and discoveries I never expected, and it’s opened my eyes to just how much support and guidance is needed during pregnancy and beyond.

From figuring out which workouts are safe, to understanding the best foods and herbs for your baby’s growth, to exploring birthing options and learning how to care for your pelvic floor, there’s so much to navigate.

When I first became pregnant, I naturally leaned into the medical route because that’s what I knew. However, my experience navigating hospital care, interventions, and the overall system left me feeling like I wasn’t fully in control of my choices. That led me to explore a more natural, holistic approach.

After speaking with friends who had empowering home birth experiences, I chose to give birth at home as well. We had an incredible birth that felt so empowering and surreal. However two days later, our baby turned blue and stopped breathing—a moment that shook me to my core. We called 911, and he spent 10 days in the NICU.

This experience shifted my perspective yet again. While I still deeply believe in holistic wellness, I also understand the value of medical expertise. Luna Bloom started as a natural pregnancy and postpartum wellness program, and after my experience, I’ve worked to bridge the gap between holistic and medical care—because you deserve to have all the information, not just one side of the story.
