Hi, I’m Rebecca Louise,
I’ve been filming workout videos since 2012 — long before smartphones came loaded with fitness apps. Movement has always been my way to connect with women around the world and to show that strength isn’t about perfection; it’s about consistency and courage.
I’m a NASM-certified personal trainer, pre- and postnatal fitness specialist, and yoga instructor. Over the past decade, my workouts have reached millions of women globally, been featured in Vogue, Allure, Women’s Health, and Cosmopolitan, and I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with incredible brands like Nike, Lululemon, and other leading wellness companies.
When I became pregnant, I knew I wanted to create something different — a space entirely dedicated to women navigating pregnancy and postpartum. I wanted movement that felt aligned, intentional, and empowering — not restrictive or intimidating.
I gave birth to my son, Zane, in February 2025, and that experience made my vision deeply personal. I realized how much women need trusted guidance from someone who’s actually lived it — someone who understands what it feels like when your body is changing daily and you still want to feel strong and confident.
I’ve climbed Mount Everest, and as intense as that was, motherhood has been the ultimate climb. Some days feel like Camp 4 — you need more oxygen, more grace, and more strength than you thought possible. That’s what inspired me to create Luna Bloom — a space to help women move through pregnancy with clarity, confidence, and calm.
The Postpartum Workout Starter Kit brings together intentional workouts, nourishing recipes, and simple rituals designed to reconnect your core, support healing, and help you feel confident in your body again.
Because motherhood isn’t the end of your strength — it’s where it begins again, in a new and even more powerful way.
