I’ve been filming workout videos since 2012 — long before smartphones came loaded with fitness apps. Movement has always been my way to connect with women around the world and to show that strength isn’t about perfection; it’s about consistency and courage.

I’m a NASM-certified personal trainer, pre- and postnatal fitness specialist, and yoga instructor.
